EDMUND M. PATER.(CAPITAL REGION)

Edmund M. Pater, 70, of Hamilton Place died Wednesday in Samaritan Hospital in Troy after a long illness.

He was born and educated in Cohoes and worked for the Norton Co. for 37 years as a foreman in belt production.

Mr. Pater was a member of the Cohoes American Legion, the Colonie Elks Club and the Norton Retirees Club.
