FED:Cut school halls, water buybacks: opp'n

The federal opposition would reportedly cancel what's left of Labor's multi-billion
dollar school halls program as part of its alternative plan to a flood levy.

It also wants to cut foreign aid to Africa .. defer or cancel water buybacks and slash
300 million dollars from a fund that supports research and development in the motor vehicle
industry.
